WORKSHOP: Paint The Sierra with Watercolor Master Dale Laitinen - Friday - Sunday, November 13-15, 9-4

Well known Calaveras artist, Dale Laitinen is a nationally accomplished watercolorist. His beautiful Mountain Ranch home and property burned in the devastating Butte fire. He and his wife lost most of their possessions and much of Dale’s amazing art. If you’ve been thinking about taking classes from Dale, now is the time to step up, learn some valuable technique and help a fellow Calaveras artist to move forward.

If you want to paint rocks, trees, lakes, and waterfalls, this is the class for you. Learn to compose a Sierra landscape from sketch to finished painting. In this 3-day extraordinary workshop, we will find methods to paint the unique beauty of this granite wonderland.

The Artist’s Magazine, Watercolor Magic, Watercolor Magazine, and Drawingboard Magazine are some of the publications in which Dale’s work has been featured. In addition, his art has appeared in several books including The Splash Series, Painting with the White of your Paper, and The Transparent Watercolor Wheel.
